This is a sign of serious problems in the syncros. Take it in and have it checked. It should still be under warranty, right?

I would think an overhaul is in order, but have the experts check it out. If the dealer is a PITA, take it to Aamco or something to get an opinion.
no it doesnt happen all the time like very little, and i think its cuz its
not fully in gear cuz it happens when i'm doing like 3 things at one time
and so i think it's just a lack of paying attentions...

Better fluid may ease the engagement of first gear allowing your chances of it full being engaged into the gear to be higher than the factory fluid. Not saying it will fix anything, i'm sure if you consciously engage it every time it wont happen...but if you are like most it becomes second nature and every now and then you have a hiccup in your shifting rhythm. Better fluid may lower those odds..

like I said...it's not FULLY in gear when it happens because the rubber boot is holding it just a wee bit away from being fully engaged, so it POPS out..It happens to me when I am not paying full attention to it and it's alittle cold out
