Default found in the rear footwell

Any idea what these are? I found one a few weeks ago and thought maybe a friend or someone dropped it. Today I found another one after I folded up the rear seats.

Part of the soft top maybe? Keeps the rear seat fabric attached to the seat frame? I looked under the seats and didn't see anything similar.

Any ideas?

4 door right? Looks like the pieces that go on the sheet metal to protect the door strap/wires for rear doors.

Technically it's just two pieces of wind lace molding. Common on mid 60's GM cars. Little chunks like that are what guys like me use to hold new cloth and bow headliners in place while the glue sets prior to re installation of the glass and it's weatherstrip.

In a Jeep? A newer Jeep? Beats the hell out of me. Do any of your friends restore old cars? Hah.

The Tuffy rear security box has rubber edging just like that.

Obvious has the correct answer. One of Mine popped off the other day too when I switched to the trail doors. The protect the door strap from getting frayed or chewed up by the metal.
