Is this the freedom hard top that came with your jeep or have you bought a used top and having compatibility issues?

What part does not fit and where on the top is the problem? Very vague.

The feedom panels are up above the roof in the back and the locking clip on the drivers side next to the window will not latch because of the distance between the top and the panel

Suggest throwing some pics up so we can get a better idea of what's going on.

There is a vertical pin that fits into a hole in your roll bar. Sometimes the Velcro padding obscures the hole preventing it from fitting snugly.

THIS^

Roll the cover a little, make sure it slides in easy - you may have to move it a little until you get used to where it drops in place. Also, the front only blocks should not be down if it has them
