Default Front brake lines

I found the exact mopar rear brake lines but the fronts coming from both MoparParts Online and Rock Auto are longer and have a metal bracket in the middle of the hose. They are not a straight swap like I was hoping for.

Does anyone know if these are the new updated correct front brake lines?

Mind me asking why you are going back to stock ones?

I think the update came in 2014, to reroute them across the spring perch so less likely to get caught in the spring itself. Outside of that, they are no better or worse than previous. Technically they are longer, but only cuz they have to route differently. Kind of surprised they don't offer the older style still. Aftermarket braided steel lines can still be had in the old style.

I ran the stock ones for 160k. I didn't want the extended length brake lines that all of the aftermarket ones seemed to be. I only have a 2" OME lift on my truck so extended lines were not necessary. Just figured I got 160k out of the mopar and the only other option was Crown which appears to be the same length as stock.

I really just wanted a straight swap with no issues and now I have issues.

simply pry the brackets off. That is what AEV and Teraflex and others have you do. Then use these TF brake line holders.

Do you need to purchase longer wheel speed sensors also with these newer hoses too?
