front bumper

Default front bumper

i bumped into a little post and it pushed in the section to the right of the right fog light. How abouts do i pull off the front cover to try and push it back out from behind?

I had a few replys in the modified section.. But if this happens to anyone else just take a few hairdryers or a heatgun to it for a bit until the plastic warms up then just push the dents out with your hands.. it turned out not to bad just gotta find something to get rid of the scratches..

Wow, cool. I did the same thing to my bumper further towards the passenger side (hit it on a rock). Of course, we used a slightly different method to fix it....

Just make sure you don't use a sawzall to blowdry your hair!

id be in trouble then..

Anyone know any good plastic scratch removers that would work on covering this up a little bit more? there are a few on ebay i notocied. NOVUS or something scratch remover has anyone tried?

Take a little sandpaper to the whole bumper to make it match

Novus, and most others like it (plastic scratch removers) are designed to remove scratches from very hard plastics like lexan or plexi. Primary use is too buff out motorcycle windscreens and fairing bubbles, etc. I don't think it would work at all on your bumper. it would just leave a white residue kinda like you tried to wax the bumper. bad!
