I think they mean rock back and forth. And I tried that. I drive a mile down a dirt road under 10mph trying all kind of things.

mine stopped engaging a while back and all it needed was the electrical connector to be cleaned. hope that's all it is for you too.

Good idea! What and where did you clean? Does power engage locker? I might just run a temporary 12v wire to it.

I took mine to the dealer. All I know was that they said it was a dirty electrical connection, cleaned it and I was on my way. Rubi's are electrically engaged, I believe...

I had the same problem I bought my unlimited Rubi about two months ago thought my front locker was done. I read this post last night went to the parts store and picked up a can of electrical connector cleaner today for $6 bucks... Cleaned both connectors on the diff and boom back in business!! Thanks for the helpful post!
