I checked with various sources and they came back with the same new replacement sensor which I have problem fitting. It is longer by abit 10mm and the diameter which goes into the hole is over by 0.5mm. Anyone else has this similar experience? How did you resolve it? Thank you in advance for any help rendered.

Length of tip is longer by 10mm

The tip of the sensors are different

This is the part number.

The total length is slightly longer but not such a big concern.

I am having the same problem with the sensors. Where you able to find one that fit or forced to get new wheel hubs?

When I changed my unit bearings about a year or so ago they came with the shorter sensors. Used them and works fine.

i couldn't ever find one. I ended up buying a new Timken unit bearing that came with a new speed sensor.
