The middle footman loop at the top of the windshield shifted over a couple inches. You can relocate yours or get a kit with a new one and a new plastic trim. Other than that it will fit.

This middle footmans loop is what the hard top panels latch to, holding them in place, I presume?

In 2007 and 2008 models, the footman loop in the center of the windshield frame is in a different location than later models. The Freedom panels for these early models lacked an additional locking lever added in 2009 to prevent wind noise and water leaks in the leading edge.
The newer tops also have the larger, wider rear windows.
You could run it as is, or move the footman loop over to the left and utilize the new model front latch.
There is a kit from Mopar to accomplish this that includes a new plastic trim, or you can remove the right fastener on the loop, swing the loop over to the left, and drill and install a new fastener. Here's the kit from Mopar.
Here's the info on how to move the loop if you don't get the kit.
We drill out the right rivet and swing the loop over to the left on the original rivet, then install a new rivet in the hole you drilled.

The newer hardtops also have a locator pin in the back under the side windows. My 2007 didnt have a hole in the tub to receive this pin. You will have to either retract the pin (if it isnt seized) up into the hardtop, cut it off with a dremel, or drill a hole in the top of the tub.
