I broke lift gate glass last fall, with one of the plastic pieces that's a 'buffer' between the hinge itself and the glass. Ive searched all over and cannot find replacement hinges or anyone that sells the glass with the hardware. Anyone know where I can locate this?

Yes, they had no clue what I was talking about even when I had the part in my hand.

The dealer said the only way to get it is by buyting the glass through them, but being a poor college student, that's outta my price range.

 

I checked the parts book and it shows only the hinge cover separately. The bottom piece is noted to be included with the glass. Go to a wrecking yard. The hinge cover part is the same for 2 and 4 dr. It should be the same for the bottom piece. It is specific to left right though.
