Yep, thanks, I saw the post and will probably try to do my own and do a write-up also.

I will try to find the Lizard Skin products in Canada and see the price... I'd like to do a full cover of the top with their ceramic paint first (insulation), and then with their sound dampening one, and finish with a dark color (I really don't like the white top...). It will be much simpler and quicker than trying to glue car liner in there (and do a better result considering my limited crafting abilities! )

Then I'll either go with a commercial solution to fill the gaps or do my own...

 

I stand corrected. Soundcoat IS supplying these. They are the same!

I confirmed this directly from the houses mouth.

 

You could always upgrade your stereo system instead. This way you won't be hearing road noise anymore! Lol!
