Default Hardtop Latch Mod

I have an 07 JK with the hardtop prior to them relocating the front latch to engage the windshield tie-down loop. Never had any leaks but tired of the wind noise that comes through the center front of the windshield on windy days. Sometimes it's so bad I swear the freedom panels are going to blow off from wind buffeting under that seal since it's not tight. Looking to see if anyone has done any mods to 07-08 hardtop freedom panels to either relocate the existing latch to engage the windshield loop or some other mod which secures the panels to that loop.

to be honest it probably time to replace the rubber seal that go around the panels. I would honestly try that first. And if that doesn't work I tighten the bolt that holds the latches to the panels. And possible even replace the latches as well.
