Well eBay gave their ruling on the case today. Based on the listing, the emails exchanged prior to the auction ending, and the supporting documentation from the dealer they have decided in my favor for a full refund. They are also covering the cost of shipping.

I must say that i am very satisfied and impressed with eBay and PayPal. Buyer PayPal protection is real and they do stand behind making sure the auctions are held on the up and up.

Thanks guys for responding and offering advice, help, and insight.
