Unhappy Help! P0300 Random Misfire, can't pinpoint issue?

Hey guys! New to the forum and I need your help! My 07 2dr JK with exactly 165,836 miles on it is flashing the engine light and throwing a P0300 code. Backstory; 3 days ago I accidentally drove onto the interstate in 2nd gear (automatic), after a min I hear the chime and noticed a huge loss of power and the engine light blinking so I pulled over and shut it off for about 5 mins then started it back up only to have the issue repeat itself immediately. I noticed a strange burning smell but continued driving in limp mode until I was somewhere I could pull over and wait for a tow.

After towing it home I did a little research..and so far I have replaced the PCV valve, cleaned throttle, replaced both exhaust manifolds (both were severely cracked though I knew I had a leak prior to all of this), replaced EGR valve (HUGE PITA!!!), and even replaced spark plugs (driver side all looked fouled, which is interesting because I changed all of them, cables and coils just 10,000 miles ago)now the engine light is still blinking after reseting the computer with the headlight trick... Another strange thing is the P0300 code isn't showing now after I installed the EGR valve? The engine light still blinks and the code shows -------

Can anyone figure this out?? I don't want to take it to the shop if I don't have to but I'm at a loss at what could be causing this

Update 7:38 - Knocking noise now comes from the top of the engine after warming up or accelerating.

Default fixed

I was trying to point reason of misfire for a long time. Changed spark plugs, wires and all other stuff.
Engine working just fine on idle but starts coughing on 2K rpm then works fine.

And i found it! Line going from EVAP to purge valve was broken next to EGR pipe. Heat from the pipe melted the plastic harness.
Replaced line using industrial silicone hose. no troubles then

I figured it out, disconnected driver side exhaust from manifold, cranked it, engine light on (because of o2 sensor) but no more misfiring!

My jk is virtually the exact same symptoms. I've read hundreds of posts but this one is the closest to what's happening with mine, the 2k rpm, p0300, smooth idle... I'm going to check the vacuum when I get home. I'm so hoping that this is it... do you have any pics of what went bad?

Default 2007 wrangler 3.8 P0300 after replacing clutch and manifolds

After I replaced my clutch and manifolds I am getting a p0300 code. Anybody have an idea what could be causing this? Never had this code before I replaced the clutch + manifolds.

I replaced the following:
Both manifolds: Napa brand
plug wires - NGK
spark plugs - NGK
ignition coil - NGK
cam position sensor - Denso
crank sensor - Bosh
all 4 02 sensors - Bosh
sea foam cleaner in intake - barely smoked

still Getting the p0300! After clearing the code it will come back on after about 10 minutes of driving. It makes the jeep loose power, run rough. And will idle so poor that it will shut off if I let out of the gas.( but it’s not usually that bad, and have not experienced this bad of an idle since I replaced the above parts.)
also I would like to note that if I continue to drive I can feel the power coming back, then the light clears. But comes back on and looses power over and over.

I have an 08, Started with Crank position code and P0300.

Replaced Crank Position, That Code went away
Replaced Plugs
Replaced Wires
Replaced Coil
Replaced Camshaft Position

Hooked up to friends Scanner i Showing misfire on cylinders 2/4/6 when CEL is flashing
Replaced O2 just below manifold on 2/4/6 side
Ran with O2 removed.Appears Cat is not clogged.

600 into dealer for Diagnosis Still no answer.
