I need to know if anyone knows who actually makes the 3 piece hard top or a paint code number for the white on the interior. I need the paint.
My top is under sprayed on the interior back of the roof area and black shows through. I need to do it myself or have it done. Someone just didn't do a good job when they sprayed it originally.
The dealer says it's not a warranty issue because it was received this way, and it didn't break. They're not sure how to address it. They are trying to figure out what to do and how to do it. Currently, they don't have a paint code number for the top's interior.
Any input is appreciated.

if it was mine i'd get them to paint the whole thing...that way the colour match and will be even.Hey maybe the'll even do it black...it's their problem to correct.

 

I have a little spot on the bottom edge and it has a pen point chip up the side now. My dealer said they would cover it and it is under warrenty. Call BS at your dealership. They should have inspected the problem themselves. The dealership will have it arranged to get painted as it should have been at the factory.

 

Im going to have my body shop friends paint the inside black. I dont like the white

 

The dealer just called and stated it was covered under the warranty.

 

Take it to another dealer and ask them to fix it. It may have been recieved that way, but its not supposed to be like. Just put up a fight, be stubborn and try a few dealers till someone fixes it for you.
