Hitch Receiver wich one?
I think mopar reciver look more solid and 3500 lb rating
so what about this compination:
1. MOPAR® Hitch Receiver
For 07-08 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK
http://www.quadratec.com/products/12015_100.htm
2. 2" receiver ball mount with pin and clip.
2" drop or ¾” rise.
8½” long. ???
1" Ball Hole.
http://www.quadratec.com/products/92018_20.htm
how long it will be fine? and what about 2" or 4" Drop? I'm gona use it with 07 Rubicon with stock tires
I wnat easy hock up and disconection without worrring about the outside spare tire restriction if it will be too short and the clearance between the receivver ball and tire is very tide

That's the one I like because it looks heaftier than...
http://www.quadratec.com/products/12015_13_07.htm
however I will probably get this one becuse of price and I don't really tow anything that is significant. They look to have the same specs.
For your height and length you may be better off to back it up to the trailer and measure it to get an accurate length. That way you will know for sure before your purchase.

I got a Hidden Hitch 2", was ~$130 and seems to stick out a little farther than the Mopar version, but is pretty stout. I can snap a pic tonight and send if you'd like.
I needed it for my bike rack which I already had. I put off the wiring harness until I actually need to pull a trailer

my worry was about the spare tire of rubicon which may coz restriction to attach and disconnect the trailer
Hey Gents (ladies too if any are present),
Be mindful of the weight rating...yes a class three is rated for 350 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 3500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight unassisted; and with load distribution 450 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 4500 lbs. gross trailer weight but your Jeep will vary depending on equipment and model, due to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). The GVWR includes a light weight 150 lbs. driver...I haven't seen that number on the scale since High School.
It varies from a very light 100 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 1000 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight unassisted; and with load distribution of the same; to a heafty 350 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 3500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight unassisted; and with load distribution of the same. Consult your new owners manual for correct weight and equipment towing limitations; mine starts on page 328.
I bought a Valley hitch as they are manufactured 20 minutes south of here...trying to support local economy...blah...blah...blah...but the class three rating still applies; 350 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 3500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight unassisted; and with load distribution 450 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 4500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight.
You theoretically could tow 350 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 3500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight unassisted; and with load distribution 450 lbs. maximum tongue weight and 4500 lbs. maximum gross trailer weight but not legally...and here in California, CHP will fine you and require a tow of the trailer...meaning you no longer get to tow it behind your Jeep, you have to pay a tow truck to hall it to an impound yard...you know the drill $$$$ big time fines!

As far as weight distribution, are you talking about the hitches that have the wider arms(?) that mount further out to the frame?
Got mine, Mopar from the dealer for $142.00. The 4 pin harness was $39.
I like the way the 4 pin wiring connector attaches and is held tightly in place on the Mopar receiver. Also do not like the way some aftermarket receivers stick out.
