I don't have a delay with my 10 Rubi but I went with the PIAA 400/500hz horns and they're a huge difference over the stock single note. No relay involved. Put one where the original one was and the other just behind to the side, spliced it in and a huge improvement. You can check an install on you tube JK PIAA horns.
