Default Horn is stuck

On my way home from work a few nights ago, as Im going though my neighborhood at about midnight, all of a sudden my horn starts going off on its own. On and off, on and off. I jumped out and and a pair of pliers cut the wires leading into it (under the hood). WTF would cause this to happen? My Jeep is still under warrenty, but since I cut the wires do you think they will give me a hard time?

As long as the horn still goes off when the wires are reconnected, i'd imagine them to cover it. Just my opinion/

get the dealer to give you a real horn, maybe one out of a ram 2500.
