Default how do i avoid a dry start?

my jeep typically sits Monday- Friday and when i go to start it friday it is a dry start. I've tried the mopar filter, and a k&n filter, but both have a dry start after it sits for 5 days (i've only done 2 oild changes)

is there a way i can get the oil pump on before the jeep starts so that it doesn't dry start?

its fine if it only sits over night or for 2 days, but the 5 days is to much

okay... just kidding... but i don't think so... if mine sits over a week or so, if I am able, I will crank it up every two days or so. Also, try to park it level... I have no idea if this helps, but mine has had no issues thus far.

I did a quick google search and found some places that offer pre-start electric oil pumps.

I don't have any real knowledge about any of the products, but here is a link that might give you some (biased) reading material.

I think that some of the die hard oil fans here might have some good input.

I would have to agree with ClaytonT, that is about the only way, that i know of. I understand your concern though, i had a bad oil filter that would allow for a pretty dry startup and it sounds like a sewing machine for that second.
