Default How much space between bump stops on stock rubicon?

I have looked high and low and can't find this info anywhere. Does anyone know how much the space measures between the landing pad on the axles and the metal cup that holds the, um white mushy thingy on a stock Rubicon?

Also, are the front and rear the same spacing when stock?

This would be good info for anyone who is wondering how much lift they actually have, but I can't find it anywhere...

The local dealer doesn't have a Rubicon on the lot so I'm not able to just measure one. Mine has aftermarket springs and I'm trying to guage how they have affected my uptravel vs stock.

Ahh... If it wasn't dark out, I'd go take a measurement for you... I have a lift but still running stock coils

Thanks. BTW, I don't think 6" sounds right. Stock Rubicon shocks only have 8" travel, so if they were sitting at 6" extension they could only droop another 2".

Awesome, thanks very much!

So that means stock Rubicon with its 7.9" shock travel has...

approx 3.75" compression and 4.25" droop on front suspension.

approx 5.5" compression and 2.5" droop on rear suspension.

This is good info for anyone looking to guage how their lift has affected their articulation over stock.

What spring numbers do you have (front and rear)? As someone else already mentioned the distance between your bumpstop and pad might vary dependent on what springs your running. You would think that they would come with the appropriate springs so that, based on options on your jeep, all jeeps would have a similar gap.
