I got 3 of 4 doors off. 1 is stuck!
I don't know how tall you (or your jeep are) but if you can sit on the door sill and get your knees under the door to push straight up under the hinges while rocking it back and forth you get a little extra strength from your legs, that's how i do it when mine are stuck. Put something soft across your knees/thighs to keep fro digging in.Keep at it you may also want to spray some PB Blaster from the under side of the hinge if it is really rusted. Put a heavy layer white grease on the pin after you get them out. You will not have this problem again (til next year) if you do that.

Just have to swing the door back and forth while pulling up. If this does not work spray some WD40 and tap bottom with a rubber mallet & try again swing the door back and forth while pulling up. After you get them off...add some white lithium grease to all the hinges this will make door removal much easier next time.
That sucks! I have never had that problem...take mine off frequently. However, when I swapped out the mirrors, they were damn near impossible and took two days of soaking PB Blaster and hitting with a rubber mallet...all not adviseable for doors. However, it makes me wonder if there is some corrosion inside the hinges....I would suggest greading them up when you finally get them off...just my $.02
had this problem on a rear door once... I just unbolted the lower hinge that was stuck and was able to remove the door. Once it was off it was alot easier to remove the hinge from the door and bolt it back on. oh ya... and lube it
