Default Hood Lift

Living in San Diego I do alot of driving on the 15 with the average speed of 70. At about 75 or even at 65 with a head when the hood still lifts with spring removed.

Im waiting for summer again to install the daystar latches as its so damn cold right now that Im to lazy to install anything on my truck.
For a temp fix I used these foam stickies on the hood where it hits so it absorbs the impacts and doesn't move that much anymore.
I'll have to try removing the spring.

and a very rare fix. i had a mopar hood deflector. that wrapped around front of hood. it stopped all the flutter as it closed off the gap that air got in.
