Default intake manifold leaking

Called the dealership and they said it wasn't covered because the 08s only have a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty. Is this true? I've heard other people say its 100000

If you are the original owner, your '08 has a lifetime powertrain warranty. If you bought it used, the lifetime warranty did not transfer to you, so you would have only the original 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty.

My tire sensor light keeps blinking and my hot engine light also blinks does that have anything too do with the leak or is this a separate issue? Not running hot...

When I got mines used I made sure to get the extended warranty just for crap like what you're going through. I pay a $100.00 deductible and everything else is taken care of and if I have multiple issues the $100.00 deductible is a one shot one kill for everything/ issue that's found during that inspection. Got to have it bro.
