Default Interior Door Scuff

Anyone know of any type of cleaning agent or a good way to get a scuff out of the interior door plastic? I have a scuff on the interior at the bottom of my passenger door, obviously from someone dragging their shoe across the plastic. Already tried hot water and a microfiber cloth as well as Goo Gone on a microfiber cloth. Neither worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I do have some good advice. Let it go. If you are going to use your Jeep like it was intended, you're going to get small, and some larger, scuffs and scratches on your rig. Don't fret over them or it'll drive you nuts and you'll never want to take it out on the trails and have fun! If it doesn't come out with simple soap or mild cleaner, leave it alone. I worried about the first scratch I got going off road and stared at it for days. Then, I just said, what the hell. Leave it alone and just enjoy the Jeep. Since that first scratch, I have a few more scratches and some scuffs on the plastic and I don't care. If you intend your Jeep to be a show car, then by all means go to a detail shop and pay the big bucks to get it back to showroom condition. Otherwise, just enjoy and stop worrying.

Try a magic eraser. Had good luck with those on plastic.

I ordered some of this stuff for $12. If it works, then awesome. If it doesn't work, then oh well...not too worried about $12 and I'll just have to live with it.

I concur with this. I'm from a family of car nuts that fret over the smallest speck, scratch or nick on a ride. Once I got the Jeep, I'd try to keep it cleaner than clean. One scratch here, another there, and a fender flare scratch on the trail later and I just don't mind it anymore. They actually kind of tell a story....

Tire shine/ cleaner works well on the plastics it is also a great uvray protectant just spray some on the towel and apply.... I don't recommend this on the dash due to reflectivity... But all in all it's a jeep have fun with it
