Stock JK TechBulletin board forum regarding issues with OE (original equipment) components of the Jeep JK Wrangler (Rubicon, Sahara, Unlimited and X) such as factory suspension parts, engine, transmission, body parts, interior fixtures and the on-board computer.
I just rolled over 350,000 miles on my 2008 JKUR. I took delivery almost exactly 15 years ago. She still runs great and I wouldn't hesitate to drive her down to Florida. she just passed her latest 5 year inspection for the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. So far they have covered a new transmission, new transfer case, a couple water pumps, and a few u-joints and axle shafts. By any chance does anyone else have more miles than I do?
Have a great one,
Tom

That's a lotta miles
That’s an amazing achievement! There are a lot of vehicles out there with a ton of miles, and a lot has to do with how they are cared for, but it’s encouraging to see for the rest of us Jeep owners!
I am at 127,000 on my 2013 JKU and had a 1999 XJ with 320,000 miles but you still got me beat. Excellent job of preservation ! 400,000 miles not that far away (hope I didn't jinx you) seriously good example for the rest of us !!
I just put a few videos together of reaching 300,000 miles last month in mine. Where those 17 years of ownership have taken me. The teaser is quick, but the other two videos in this playlist are pretty long (about 45 minutes and then an hour) ...
Wow that's great
Just hope my 2007 built 2.8 CRD 6 speed manual can get there .too.
Got over 115,000 miles on it now
Been on the road since 2009 as it stood in Chryslers parking lot for 2 years before they sold it off cheap when Fiat took over from Daimler.
How'd you get a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty with JEEP, as nothing like that here in England as far as I know ?

The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty was a marketing program they did here in the US in 2008-2009 on most Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep products. Valid for original owner only and vehicle must be presented every five years for inspection. It's worked out well for me so far. Mopar replaced the automatic transmission and transfer case as well as a few water pumps, axle half-shafts, u-joints, and an exhaust manifold. No deductible, no shop fees.
