I bought a 2010 Rubicon brand new. At about 500 miles I started the mods. Dual battery, power inverter, on board air, cb, second fuse block, trans cooler...the list goes on.. With the exception of the mounting of the dual battery and possibly the trans cooler I don't think my warranty will be voided. The lift and other voiding things start next month at 9000 miles.
The point is.. Its a Jeep. Part of the fun of owning it is working on it. Its one of the most mod-able toys you can own as an adult. Just go for it!
