Default Loose tailgate hinge

Has anyone had a issue with worn tailgate hinges on a 08?

Do you have bigger than a 32" tire on the tailgate?

It has the stock wheel and tire but I live on a very rough road an it bounces alot.. I need to take the hinge apart I guess and see if it's a loose hinge bolt or bushing or something.. Anybody know how to get the plastic covers off the hinges?

Is there anything that can't be fixed with Duct Tape?

I always keep a roll or two in the Jeep...
