Default Lost a bolt

I have a 2010 with the soft top . I lost one of the screws that hold the top to the roll bar. Any ideas on a replacement other than the dealer? It has a flat spot that allows it to pivot easily. Thanks

I recommend Fastenal, they sell tons of nuts and bolts. If you bring the twin of the missing bolt they should be able to fix you up with a bolt that has the correct thread. Or not.

Good luck finding one.

A great place for just about everything is McMaster Carr. Go to McMaster.com.

I think Mcmaster is cheaper and faster than Fastenal.

just a recommendation: by the time you go through the searching you could have just gone to the dealer, walked in service dept and bought the exact bolt you need for a few bucks.

I went with the quick-release bow knuckles. Love them. pricey, but convenient.

I bought a soft top used that did not have these and other bolts. Dealer wanted $5 to $7 per bolt. I drove to a local salvage yard and pulled everything I needed and more from a couple wrecked JKUs and it only cost me $5 plus my time.

But for only one bolt, if you don't need anything else, I would probably stick with the dealer.
