Yes, unbolted those also, otherwise they'd be hanging lose where windshield was.

Mine weather-seals fine, the windshield re-bolts back at a slight angle different than when Jeep painted it.

I'd never do that, but it is kinda cool looking on the 2 door. I wonder if you can take the roll cage out and stand up the windshield and attach a few screws to hold it in place. Be like a Original Willys.

Haha, yeah, this was the purpose of the exercise. We wanted to see how easily somebody off the street could figure this out and put it down. Think of it as "part instructional/part science experiment."

I have my JKU Rubicon for 5 years and never considered folding the windshield down.
Guess I never will.
