That irritated me and I further looked over the rest of the vehicle and I found:

1 bolt missing from the bottom of my transmission/transfer case

my front drive shaft had only 1 of the 8 or 10 bolts that hold it into the diff screwed in... two had fallen out (i assume on the way home) and the rest were just hanging there, not even hand tightened.

good thing i checked before kicking into 4wd.
Holy shit! What a nightmare. I think it's time to find a different stealership to do any work on the Jeep!!!
