Default Master cylinder?

Just installed new front calipers and front brake lines on my 07 and I am having the hardest time bleeding them. I was going for a full flush of the system starting with the passenger rear, I am bleeding them solo with a hand vacuum pump and the problem I am having is I am only seeing a trickle of fluid come out and the hose never gets solid full of fluid, no matter how long I pump it never changes. I don’t see any obvious signs of leaks anywhere else, could this be a bad master cylinder? Any other suggestions?
