Default Multiple Codes after replacing Camshafts.

Hey all! So, I've recently done some work on my 2025 JKU, and now it's throwing a bunch of different codes. Hang tight, cuz this is gunna be a long post...sorry.

So, recently my jeep has been experiencing a misfire. I just reached 80,000 miles and decided to start with replacing coil packs and sparkplugs. This did not help, and after conducting some more research I found that, I have the dreaded pentastar Tick.

I went ahead and ordered new camshafts, lifters, and rocker arms. I only found one bad rocker arm and 3 or 4 more that were getting ready to go out. My camshafts had no wear and tear on them, miraculously. But I went ahead and replaced every single lifter, rocker arm, and camshaft just to be on the safe side.

Repair went as planned, for the most part, and I no longer have that same ticking issue.

I now, however, have multiple Codes being thrown and am at a complete loss of what to do. I've posted a picture of the diagnostic report. I'll detail what I have and have not done below.

Also, my temperature gauge does not move off of cold. My AC does not blow heat at all. My radiator cap, and fluid in my radiator does not get warm even though the upper hose to my radiator does. My radiator fan speed is set to high. I have a whistling noise when accelerating, and I cannot rev passed 3800 rpms.

I have replaced my thermostat housing.

I have replaced one of my two camshaft position sensors.

I have replaced the coolant temp sensor on the side of my cylinder head.

And I have replaced my crankshaft position sensor.

I also have a myriad of dashlights on. Including the electronic throttle control(red lightening bolt with two backwards parentheses), my engine check light flashes a few times then goes solid for a bit then flashes some more. And my abs and traction control lights are both on.

I did find that two of the bolts on my upper intake had stripped their receiving slots on the lower intake. I have fixed this issue by getting a slightly larger bolt and retapping the plastic receiving end for one. And the 2nd one I. It off some zip ties and slotted them into the holes for the 2nd one. After doing this, I was able to torque all the intake bolts down to spec. While replacing Camshafts I did replace my upper plenum gaskets. Not too long ago(while doing an oil cooler unit replacement because of some bad orings) I replaced the lower gaskets as well.

Even through replacing all of this, my issues still persist.

When replacing my camshafts I have had to disconnect and move a bunch of sensors and wiring, but there is no damage done to them at all. Not sure if wiring would be the issue.

A other, maybe non related issue, is that my battery charger tells me my alternator is bad, or going bad. I can get 4-5 cranks on a fully charged battery, and the jeep can run 30 minutes with seemingly no issues with the alternator and battery. All the other afformentioned issues still persist.

I'm at a total loss of what to do, and any help is much appreciated!
