My first question:cruise control and 6 speed
2012 Sahara 6 spd. When the cruise is engaged, any clutch movement cancels the cruise.
I drive a semi for a living and when the cruise is set , I can shift all day and if I don't go below 34mph the cruise will stay engaged.
I would like to be able to do this on the JK also because even with the new engine if you hit the slightest upgrade, you have to drop to 5th.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks

I think to try to circumvent the system would be more of a problem than it's worth. I don't use cruise all that much in my 10 Rubi because most of the time my area is too congested. But, if I had your situation on hills, etc. I would either leave it in 5th, use resume or not use it until the area flattened out. I'm surprised to an extent that they even put it in manuals for passenger vehicles. Probably why if you sneeze it cancels. Most on the road aren't professional drivers as you know.
