Need advice/help with drivetrain issue
Hey all,
Don't post here often but really need some help with diagnosing an issue that developed this morning. I went to pull my 08 jk unlimited auto out of the garage and it would not move forward until I gave it a little gas then it felt like it suddenly caught gear, moved forward slightly, but makes a heavy clunk sound every couple of inches. Does the same thing in reverse and is having serious trouble even getting started and sqweaks the tires when it does. Drive shafts look fine.
Rear diff? Transmission?
