Default need help with alignment issues

Just got new rear tires and alignment Im all stock no lift stock wheels and tire size. Front tires were good and were balanced 2 weeks ago, also changed complete tie rod and drag link with Raybestos professional grade parts. Jeep rode much better and practically smooth, no steering wheel shake, just a little vibe from my wore out bald rear tires. When I changed the tie rod I did a DIY alignment and like I said the jeep drove good, but I thought I'd get an alignment while I was getting tires anyway. Driving home from the shop seemed ok till I hit 60ish then steering wheel shaking back and forth. Like I said, it ran so much smoother before the alignment. I checked for missing wheel weights and they are all there.

Attached is my alignmet printout. See anything that needs immediate attention?Click image for larger version

I don't think your attachment made it. Even though the weights are there, the tires may still be unbalance. Either way, I'd take it back to who did the work.

I would start by rebalancing the tires. If they can't get it right ask for a refund and take it somewhere else? What tire size are you running? I've had a couple of stubborn tires that couldn't be perfectly balanced. And it turned out being defective out of round tires from the manufacturer. Try getting road force balanced if you have to.

Well I guess I'm more concerned about the alignment specs than the wobble/vibration, I'm guessing my ball joints are worn. Is it possible that when I did my DIY alignment, I gave it enough toe in to control the wobble, and now that it is in spec it's free to? I'm having the tires re-balanced Monday.

Also forgot to mention that I replaced my 13/55 springs with some 18/59 takeoffs about a year ago, drove with no issues, but I see that put my caster to the lowest limit and I'm guessing I'm gonna need adj LCA to help with that.

Reason I think my Ball joint might be gone is my right front camber is so off. I'll have them checked when the tires re-balanced.

Now looking at the rear, Am I correct in assuming my axle is twisted a bit to the right (looking from the back)? And again adj LCA to correct? Or can this be corrected with a TB relocation bracket??

Just jacked up my front and used a shovel under the tires and found the passenger side ball joints had vertical play, driver side is fine.
