Unhappy Need help in identifying issues

Selling JKU for my daughter and noticed two issues. One is an oil leak that looks like it comes from above the oil pan and other is a broken brace on the driver's rear undercarriage that attaches to the frame and the wheel area. I live rural and it is an hour drive to nearest repair facility. Need help in identifying broken part and ideas on where oil leak is located. Thanks,

What year is the Jeep? Many 2013-2014 have leaks up around the oil filter housing at the top side of the engine.

It is a 2013. Also noticed that the driveshaft has surface rust on it, is this normal? She has owned it since 2015 and it has not been off-road but she lived in Colorado.

Driveshafts always rust. This is normal. Once they develop a level of rust, the layer somewhat protects it from further rusting. Similar to steel guardrails you may see on the highway that are not galvanized.

That oil pattern could very well indicate the oil filter housing. It leaks in the V up top, drips down the back and eventually coats everything in oil. It's not a quick fix, but can definitely be done at home:

That UCA on the rear requires a new part. Do not weld or try to straighten. It is a critical component.
