Anyone know the details of the new recall? Something about a transmission cooling tube?

 

I heard the same thing last week when I was at my dealer having a new water pump installed and my freedom tops resealed. All my advisor knew was the recall just hit their system but they didn't have any details or the parts for it yet. She said I'll probably be getting a card in the mail or be hearing from her once she learns more. On a side note, my jeep no longer chirps since getting a new water pump.

 

I saw this at jeep. Com owners sign in page, they said when the parts are available you will get the notice in the mail. Is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard.

 

Got my recall notice in the mail on Saturday

 

I have to go to the dealer today for our state inspection. Will ask them about the recall while I am there. Going to have them fix my rattle noise when closing the tailgate... Thinking its just the heat shield, but its driving me nuts.

Took my 13 silver billet in today they ordered a new water pump 2,500 miles, my 13 true blue has the recall for trans lines, parts arn't in over 2 months waiting. Let the fun begin.
