Hopefully it will force Chrysler to get this thing fixed. Wasn't there a similar issue with the Commanders? Anyone know if that ever got fixed?

Only 53 complaints? I filed mine. Doesn't sound like the rest of you are stepping up? If your JK has stalled file your complaint.

How do we file a complaint? I have taken mine in to the dealer 3 times and no luck yet. Mine has stalled about 6 times with complete failure twice, requiring it to be restarted. I really hope they get a fix soon. If it stalls again, and I bring it in, and they try and fix it, would I have a viable argument for the lemon law?

To file a complaint, you need to go to the NHTSA website: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/.

ALLRIGHT JK FORUM!!!!! I bet 3/4 of the complaints were from members here (one of them was from me). It's amazing what a little organization can do for you. Eddie you are the man. Hopefully, now that we have their attention, DCX will solve this problem before somebody gets killed.

w00h00! validation at last

I have heard that roughly 70% of investigations lead to recalls.

Hopefully this will be fixed by the time the '08s roll off the production line? We can hope.... (well, I can at least since I am waiting for this issue to be resolved before I order :sad

Did any catch in the article that they said "front-wheel-drive and all-wheel drive". Why can't reporters get the facts straight?!!!
