Default No acceleration on JK

My 2007 JK has been parked up for a year. After repairs, we tried starting but the battery was dead. After jump starting it worked but after a few weeks, we had to jump start it again. Then we noticed it wouldn't accelerate. It idles but when you accelerate it doesn't respond, it stays idling. We hooked a scanner; there's no check engine light on, and the scanner is not giving any code, it says it can't connect. What could be the problem? Pedal sensor or throttle body sensor? It seems they are not linked. How to link them? The cluster has one red light on with a lighting bolt symbol.

I believe you have an electrical problem. Check all your battery connections and alternator connections
