Spray a little bit of WD40 on all of your door latches and strikers and sort of rub it around about with your finger, problem should be solved. You really dont want to get into adjusting latches and what not because it can become a pain in the a$$ and the noise will go away only for a short time. I've had that damn clunk noise come from driver and passenger sides as well as the tailgate and the WD40 made it go away for a long time everytime (at least 6 months). You should really only have to adjust latches and stuff if your doors arent lining up with the body of the jeep very well.

Adam, I tried the wd-40 on mine and still have really bad rattles! Were you getting the ''clunk'' or the rattles? Thanks!

I had both actually, clunk coming from drivers and passengers doors and the rattle coming from the tailgate. I adjusted the latch for the tailgate once and that solved the rattle for a while but then it came back in the same spot so I put some WD40 on it and I havent had an issue since.

Yeah the dealer used that white krytox grease and got rid of the clunk, but the rattle in my driver side door rattles to the point where it sounds like its going to fall off! I am trying everything and anything!

You have a Sahara right? I creeped on your profile (sorry) to see what model ya had lol. I had a problem with my power window on the drivers side, it made this odd rattling noise. Apparently some mechanism came loose, dealership fixed it in like 20 minutes.

Hey Adam, it really sounds like the door rattling so bad. Like metal on metal, very loud over bumps. I may bring that to the dealers attention just to check it out. It is weird though because it is so inconsistent. One day its bad, another days its REALLY bad. I may just have to live with it.
