I'm getting this ringing, ticking sound when I press on the gas pedal but when i let off its doesn't sound.

I took it to the dealership and they said its not the lifters or knocking etc. They said its just normal operation, might be coming from the exhaust etc, but no check engine light should be fine they said.

Anyone else have this or have an idea.

 

That never happened to me. It works normaly. Although the engine loves to whine when you floor it (for fun, or when you merge on the highway)
