Default Is this normal?

Does anyone elses jeep do this? my heat when on defrost/floor barley blows out of the dash vent when on high and mostley just on the drivers side of the dash top vent but the blower sounds like normal.

But out of the 2 little vents for the front side windows it blows equal amount.

The heat blows really well when just on defrost but not on defrost/floor setting.I don`t remember it doing this till today. When on the dash/floor setting it blows alot on the floor though,is this normal?

Wait, let me get this straight - are you asking if its normal for the heat to blow out of the floor and dash defrost when set to defrost/floor? When set to defrost or defrost/floor it should not blow out of your vents at all.

The reason its low when set to defrost/floor is because its going to a lot of places including your side window defrost vents..

sorry for the confusion..I am asking if anyone has the problem I am having. My defrost vent(not the vents that you push open) hardly blows any air out of it at all on high.
I mean when I put it on the defrost/ floor selection it blows out harder on the floor and the side mini vents than it does the defrost vent for my windshield ..I can honestly barley feel it coming out and if I put it on low fan speed NO heat comes out of the main dash vent t all.
On high it blows out some but mostley out the drivers side of the large vent for the windshield so the passanger side of the main vent really has no heat commimg out of it.
When I put it on defrost only it blows evenly out the entire defrost vent and on high it blows hard but not when on defrost/floor.
I know it will blow less when on defrost floor due to all the vents the fan has to push the heat thru but seriously its pathetic the amount of heat that comes out on high in that position.Did that make any sence? lol

Mine is about the opposite. When I have it set to defrost / floor it seems to blow more out of the dash then on the floor. Most of it goes to the center defrost vent, and is pretty light on the side vents. For all the noise it makes it sounds like it should be blowing a lot more air out than it does, but it gets the job done.
