Out of round . . . Help
Does anyone know the out of round tolerance for rims on a jeep ? Last time I was at the dealership and I had the mechanic tell me my left rear rim was slightly bent after he rotated my tires but he was able to balance it , so today at the dealership it was a different mechanic from last time so I wanted his opinion and I asked him to check for any bent rims while he was rotating and he didn't even unmount them cause he said they were to far out of round especially the rear , I didn't even bother arguing cause this week been enough stress with losing one of my close friends , but besides the point can some one give me some guidance on what to do ? Bring the jeep to good year to have them check it out cause these two idiots looked like they had no idea

How can they tell a rim is out of tolerance just by looking at it, unless it is that noticeable? Usually they would have to measure it. The manual specs are pretty small for out of tolerance and impossible to determine with out a measurement IMO..
