finallay got an awnser out of them. i pulled the plugs out and put new ones in and there was oil on the threads of cyl 6,4 so they did compression test and syl 6 is fine one min and not right the next so the mechanic is gonna rip the head off looks like it could be valve seals. should find out in a week or so.

after all the mucking around they removed the cyl head and blamed it on carbon build up. i didnt have to pay. but 10,000kms later ding! miss firing again. its outa warranty now but im gonna fight em to fix it.

Two solutions. Gut the cats and run em as is.
Or buy new long tube headers with cats or something similar.

Is the Cat covered under lifetime powertrain? If you have an 08 you may be covered.

Also check your exhaust manifolds for cracks. If one is Cracked bad enough you will also get the cat efficiency code. Just changed out my driver side manifold, code is cleared.. also runs smoother.
