Default Still Searching for the elusive small leak

Like many I continue to battle the P0456 code. I've done just about everything I can and may be looking for a shop that will do a smoke test. I do have a question, maybe someone can help interpret the ODB2 codes. I have an ODB2 reader and a cool little mobile app called Torque. It runs a full compliment of tests on the EVAP (and many other) system. What I can't figure out is the "minutes" concept on these tests. The failed tests show min and max minutes. I was expecting the torque app to give me an EVAP pressure reading that may be slightly out of bounds. Anyway, take a look at the attached screen shot. Any help interpreting these results would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone see anything in the screen shot that may point me in a different direction? There is a lot of discussion around the EVAP lines heading to/from the purge value, in my 2013 they go no where near the battery. Almost all of my EVAP lines are of the hard plastic variety and all seem in good shape. I have purchased a new Mopar issued fuel cap (even tried a little silicone grease on the O ring), replaced the Leak Detection Pump/gasket and pressure tested the Purge Valve, all are in good working order. The EVAP canister also appears to be in good shape. My 2013 does have a skid plate protecting the canister.

Well, parts roulette didn't help me find the answer to my problem and I was forced to go to a dealership. I have to say, there are a LOT of negative posts about the dealership experience but mine is NOT one of them. I took my vehicle to the dealership, I explained what I did in an attempt to diagnose the issue, they actually listened and documented each of my steps with their repair ticket. Shortly after I dropped off the vehicle I get the call, it required a smoke test and it was the vent tube from the gas tank to the charcoal canister. I ran my hands over every tube under the jeep and couldn't find anything (to the touch). The smoke test is what it took to find the issue.

Did the dealer happen to inducei a part number on your invoice? I have a random and occasional P0456 that was mostly solved by reattaching the vacuum line to the gas tank where the cheap, white plastic had cracked but I'm wondering if maybe there's another place that is cracking. Thanks for posting your fix.

I couldn't find the repair invoice :( I do believe the hose between the fuel tank and charcoal canister comes in 2 pieces but I don't know which they replaced.

Thumbs up After years...I got it fixed

I had been replacing my gas cap for years until this year when my trick didn't work. I asked a mechanic buddy and fellow jeep owner friend of mine and he said replace this part. So I did. I filled up to half a tannk (knowing the evap test is only done between 1/4 and 3/4 tank) and my light went of. Thank you LORD!

Here is the part. I hope this helps someone. It has taken me many hours to try to fix this thing.

Mopar 4861962AA Evap System Integrity Module Detector for 07-19 Jeep Wrangler JK & JL and 07-17 Compass and Patriot MK

I got the part at the local autozone.

I just got a P0456 a week ago.

Here is what my BlueDriver Repair report says. Maybe a good checklist of potential fixes. I can't get these repair reports until I actually get a code for it.
Here's the full repair report PDF.

The integrity module and also the gasket needs to be replaced. Most likely it's just the $3 washer that needs to be cleaned or replaced.

I replaced my evap canister, integrity module, gasket, purge valve and still got the code until I greased lightly the gasket on the integrity module. Be careful of that piece.

There's a separate integrity module gasket you need to purchase, or does that come with the replacement Mopar 4861962AA Evap System Integrity Module Detector?

It's a separate piece. I bought the module, gas cap, flat rubber washer, and an intermediate hose before finding it was the stupid plastic at the gas tank that was cracked.

Do you have a part number for the gasket? I'm getting ready to order parts and want to make sure I get that as well.

An odd thing for me was that I reset the CEL, I went to the gas station and filled up. Must have gotten distracted and forgot to put my gas cap on and drove 30 minutes to work that way....and the CEL didn't come back on during that drive. Put my gas cap back on at work when I noticed it off and the CEL came back go during my drive home.
