Default Pedal Pivot Shaft

Hoping someone will know this one. I am converting to auto and have the auto style brake pedal which I want to change to and remove the manual brake and clutch pedals. I have no clue how to remove that shaft that the pedals pivot on. There is some sort of wire style circle but I cannot seem to figure out how to undo it as it has no tabs on it. Any info will help a lot.

Doesn't look like anyone is going to respond but not necessary as I got it done today. Lots of things to do here;
1. Remove driver seat (had to for the Chev conversion anyway)
2. Make a bed so that your body does not ache and suffer lying on those awful cross members and hollows.
3. Yoga lessons.
4. Remove the bottom lower plastic panels below steering column
5. Loosen Infinty sound system amplifier and push it through to back. Leave wiring connected.
6. Undo and let hang the brake light switch bracker (2 6mm socket bolts)
7. If a manual there is one circlip holding the pedal shaft in. Get a dentist pick behind it and pry out a bit then a small terminal style flatblade screwdriver does the rest. If auto there is 2 x circlips and you can push the shaft either way.
8. Place a pair of vice grips on the right side of the shaft protrusion, clamp them down and pry the axle out. The Jeep people made a circular cut out for the axle to come out to the right side all the way.
9. I removed the clutch and brake and installed an auto pedal. A small amount of material has to be removed from the auto pedal as it is slightly wider than the manual brake pedal. Careful measurement required and material has to be removed from both sides to keep the pedal structure in line with the brake switch. If you take it off one side then be prepared to slot the brake switch bracket bolt holes a little more to make up for this.
10. Hot tub for the aches and pains after this.
