Too much plastic unfortunately. Warranty would be a fortune for Jeep

This problem is not isolated to Jeeps. I have been looking for a new vehicle (not getting rid of the Jeep) to drive for work and put tons of miles on and it is appalling. I am looking at 08s and 09s with less than 20k miles and have yet to find one that is not all scratched up. Either people dont know how to take care of vehicles any more or they just make them with the cheapest plastic ever. Toyotas and Nissans seem to be the worst......GM and Ford actually are a lot better. I dont have any scratches in the plastic of my Jeep, but I treat it with velvet gloves. I have had a few but have been able to rub them out with some 303 protectant.

Take a screwdriver and put a few more so you won't notice it as bad. If you start modding the interior, radio, cb, gauges, switches, it's gonna get scratched anyway. Other than that, 303 works ok to cover-up,hide, diminish, or whatever the hell it does to make it look better.

Good luck with that. Too bad you won't be getting a survey. No one gets one till the new system comes out.

Default Not just the Jeep

My Ram dash scratches just as easy. Haven't found a coverup yet. Still looking.

Yeah my 2006 Jeep LJ is far better also. I agree that all new cars are POS. I rent vehicles daily for work because I travel. For the most part, all new cars, all brands have significantly reduced the quality of the interiors within the past 2 years.
