I've seen people drill a hole on the back side of the bumper big enough to poke a stick (or whatever) in and try to push the dent out with.

Or follow one of the writeups and make your bumper into a stubby. They give Jks a pretty aggressive look, imo!

The cool thing about a plastic bumper is that it has a memory, and when heated should conform to the original shape.

My tire bashed into a Honda Element today. Thank god he had a plastic bumper. No damage, just tread marks along his plastic!

It won't.

As stated above, you need to either drill a hole in the back of the bumper and push the dent out with heat, or put a wide thread screw in and pull it out. I used a screw, put it in the middle of the dent, heated it up with a heat gun, and pulled it out. Then poured cold water on the bumper before it had time to bounce back. A short hit of a torch on the screw hole, and that sealed up. There is a small mark from the screw, but you would have to know where it was to see it. Just depends on how many people you have, putting heat on the front and pressure through a hole on the back needs two people.

Looks like new after that. There will be white marks, but you can take those out with the heat gun too. Just don't go overboard, because the period from where the white is removed to where the texture melts is VERY short. I slightly melted mine.
