I used a screw, put it in the middle of the dent, heated it up with a heat gun, and pulled it out. Then poured cold water on the bumper before it had time to bounce back. A short hit of a torch on the screw hole, and that sealed up. There is a small mark from the screw, but you would have to know where it was to see it. Just depends on how many people you have, putting heat on the front and pressure through a hole on the back needs two people.

Looks like new after that. There will be white marks, but you can take those out with the heat gun too. Just don't go overboard, because the period from where the white is removed to where the texture melts is VERY short. I slightly melted mine.
Having worked in a bumper shop, I can say that it does work. The bumper needs to be heated for an extended period - we submerged them in a specialty heat bath for at least a day. They do eventually conform back to memory.

Obviously, this is not an option for most people.

The heat gun approach it similar to trying to cook your meal at 1000 degrees for 10 minutes, instead of using 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The end result therefore is not ideal, but in this case may be the only option.

Same thing on my rear bumper. Used small paddle bit underneath, a stick, little heat, looked good.

I know this works on the rear bumper because I helped JizNim do it: There are several small holes in the bumper. Plug all except one hole. Put air pressure on the last hole using a ribber tipped air nozzle. The dented part will pop out. You can apply a little heat to help to eliminate most the deformation, but the discoloration may still exist. I don't know if the front bumper has these holes or not.

Thanks everyone I'll try heating it and pushing it out from behind. I would love to turn it into a stubby but knowing my luck I would screw it up

If things don't turn out, keep your eyes open for free stock bumpers in the area. Unfortunately, I just gave mine away, otherwise I would have offered it to you.
