Is it possible for one person to take the hard top off a 4 door wrangler?

I also did it by myself but the process looked more like the guy in the fail video (I call it a controlled fall, lol), cracked my rear tail light as well as it was going down.

I like the idea of the table. Squatting that thing down is a little awkward. Plan on making a hoist in the garage some time for the future. I'm 5' 10" and probably could bench 135# up at least once, on a good day.

I do it all the time one handed with my hoist! I like knowing it is put up safe also always made me nervous leaving it on the ground.

I do this in my garage. It doesn't take up any more space than the Jeep does in the first place. Four eye bolts in the studs, four ratchet straps. That's it. Super cheap, and pretty fast. Back the Jeep in, raise the hardtop three inches, pull out and pull in forwards. Easy, and space friendly.

I put mine on this morning for the first time since I got it. It was pouring and didn't want to soak my 3 month old boy. It was surprisingly easy to do by myself, I wouldn't hesitate to take it on and off alone. I am 6'2, 235lbs though.

Looks good! I use a racor because I wanted to store the freedom panels above the roof and also use it for the soft top during the winter. I was afraid to put the freedom panels directly on the roof but it would probably be okay. And my garage is not as uncluttered as yours.
