Default Possible soft top leak fix

So my top started leaking by the passenger side door the other day during a big rain storm. Today when I was nice out enough to work out side I investigated why it was leaking. I took a water bottle and poured it all over the door and then ran to the driver side to see where it was leaking. I noticed it dripped on the inside door handle. So I opened up the door and saw nothing odd as in a crimped or torn wheatear seal. I popped the top and notice foam lining the outer edge of it and foam lining where it meets where it closes. The foam looked a little worn out so I replaced it with foam I had at work the seals off bed caps. After I was done I again poured water all over the door and no leak!!!! I'll how long this hold out I'm hoping I fixed it!

I have the same problem. Could you possibly post some more pics/details? Thanks.

Basically in a nutshell I replaced all the foam found around that door area.

The biggest problem is the C-Cup. Where the header sits into the that C-Cup that is connected to the door. It is just an awful design. I did this to fix it this past weekend. I don't know if it's working yet, but It's raining really hard right now, so I'm about to find out.

I pretty much did what you had done in the link you posted and so far it has been working. Any luck with you?
